Breakfast: After giving us gluten free toast and my dad and I being able to eat most of the breakfast food, we were made to feel extra special with this basket of joy Loving the garden hotel more and more. Lunch: For some reason I am not great at eating when people are watching me but what’s the worry when this is what you’re up against Lunch: So apparently, I am not as much of a foodie as I thought. I always prefer eating naturally gluten free dishes so I initially ordered the wild mushroom risotto. Luckily I explained to the waitress that I was gluten free before ordering because often I don’t when I know there is something that should be gluten free. However, a while later the waitress reappeared and informed us that pasta water is often used in risotto (I presume for extra starch to make it creamier). This has made me extra careful to always check a dish is actually gluten free.2nd lunch: You can’t have a day in Italy without some Italian gelato. Stratciatella is the best flavour ever 3rd lunch: Being gluten free isn’t that bad when the gluten free cake is the one in the window
